Daily Hattusas Tour from Cappadocia

Meet the guide and driver at the hotel at 8.30. After driving nearly 210 km. we arrive in Hattusas which was the capital of the Hittite Kingdom for a long time. Before visiting the main capital, we proceed to Yazılıkaya to see the open air sanctuary as the sun light comes on the bas-reliefs direct in the morning. We will get our lunch in a local restaurant. After the lunch we visit the archaeological site of Hattusas, former capital of the Hittite Empire which is notable for its urban organization, the types of construction that have been preserved (temples, royal residences, fortifications), the rich ornamentation of the Lions' Gate and the Royal Gate and Tunnel. Then we drive back to Cappadocia.
