Istanbul is one of the few transcontinental cities in the world which means it rests on two continents. Straddling the Bosphorus strait, which is the narrowest strait in the world, Istanbul lays between the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea. On this day tour of Istanbul, you can step into Asia from Europe in two minutes on a bridge, get up to the highest peak in the city and get the most beautiful panorama view.

Istanbul has served as an imperial capital for almost 16 centuries, during the Roman and Byzantine, the Latin, and the Ottoman empires. The various highlighted landmarks that flourished during these times have thrived hand-in-hand for centuries up until now which makes Istanbul a unique city in the world worth more than one visit in a lifetime.

Istanbul Day Tour Program:

You will be picked up from your hotel for the tour. The trip starts at Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), with the mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish etc will welcome your way.

After lunch we are going to visit Dolmabahçe Palace, the last residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. Famous with the great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4,5 ton chandelier.

You will visit the Bosphorus Bridge, a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe) in two minutes. You will get to the top of Camlica Hill, exposing a panoramic view of Istanbul and Bosphorus from the best point of view.

Shopping possibility at jewelry, leatherware and souvenir shops at Beylerbeyi, a typical suburb reflecting the old Istanbul.

Drop off to hotel in the evening with lots of beautiful moments made during the day and an unforgettable memory to take home.
